Welcome! My name is Gabrielle Palinkas, but you can call me Gabby! I am a birth doula ready to help families have the best birth experience possible! I support all births, whether you want to give birth at home with no medication or in a hospital with a planned c-section. I believe that your birth should be all about you!

When I'm not helping families, I am a "fur-baby" mom of 3, one chocolate lab and 2 snuggly kitties. I love to read and crochet in my downtime. Baby blankets are one of my favorite things to make, and I just joined a group that makes special items for preemie babies in the NICU.

I am a fully trained birth doula on my way to certification through DONA International! I completed all of my required education for certification in January 2024. I am very excited to be certified through DONA International, the leader in evidence-based doula training, certification, and continuing education.

As a birth doula I am there to provide physical and emotional support to you throughout pregnancy and birth, as well as support your birthing partner to be as involved in your birth as they wish to be. I also provide evidence-based resources to prepare you to make informed decisions that are best for you and your growing family.

One of my focuses is to keep expanding on my knowledge and services to better support my clients. I am very excited to learn more about pain management, postpartum support, and lactation support especially!

I am working on providing TENS unit therapy to my clients, education on the best essential oils for birth and how to use them, baby wearing classes for all the different kinds of wraps and carriers, and so much more!
